Surrey Frills is delighted to be curating a vibrant Style & Shopping Zone, bringing together fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness and standout independent brands for an exciting day of retail, style and discovery. With prime indoor and outdoor central locations, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your products or services in front of a large, engaged local audience.

Date: Friday, 3rd July
Time: 12 pm – 5pm

Exhibitor Space:
Each stand includes a 3m x 3m pitch, plus a 6ft trestle table and tablecloth. The space can accommodate additional tables, clothing rails or bespoke displays.​ Trade stands will be arranged in two rows, with a central walkway to encourage strong visitor flow. The Shopping Village is located in a high-footfall area between the main concourse bar and the Premier Enclosure.​

• Set-up from 10 am (public entry from 12pm)
• Gazebos, display banners, and branded set-ups welcome
• Free on-site parking (vehicle registration required)
• Access to power sockets and extension points
• Complimentary WiFi
• On-site assistance available for moving or setting up larger items (advance notice required)
