You’re invited to exhibit at the Coral-Eclipse Ladies Day Shopping Village, Sandown Park. One of the most highly-anticipated racing events of the season, attracting over 5000 visitors.

Surrey Frills is thrilled to announce the upcoming Style and Shopping Zone at Sandown Racecourse.

 

With two central interior and exterior locations, this is a great opportunity to showcase your products/services to a significant local audience.

DETAILS:

​

• Trade Pitch £65 each

• Friday 5th July. 12pm to 5pm

 

• Trade Stands—3m x 3m area. A 6ft trestle table and tablecloth will be provided. This space can accommodate two tables or a table/rail, etc.

 

• Trade Stands are in two rows of five, allowing a central walkway for easy pedestrian flow. The shopping area is flanked on either end by the concourse' main bar and the Premier Enclosure/

 

• Set up is required by 11 a.m. Doors open to the public at midday.

 

• Table scaffolding, gazebos and drop banners are welcome.

 

• Free parking all day on site. Vehicle registration is required.

 

• Electrical extension cables and plug sockets are accessible.

 

• Free WIFI is available.

 

• Manpower assistance on hand for help moving and setting up large items - advance notice required.
