Founder Rosa Farrugia set out to create an inclusive, welcoming space that welcomes individuality and diversity. Trust is paramount at Rock n Rolla. Honesty and integrity is the foundation for building successful, long-lasting relationships. "We will always speak our truth. If your hair is going to snap off because the condition is compromised, we will tell you. If a style isn't going to suit you or it'll cause you murders to style we will tell you, because no one wants to live with a bad hair day. We will never over promise and under deliver" explains Rosa.

The team consistently strive to maintain the highest standards and industry knowledge: undergoing regular training to ensure they are up to date with all the latest trends. Unlike other salons, Rock n Rolla don't shy away from alternating stylists based on a specific service. "It's not realistic to think that some stylists aren't better at some services than others. That's what makes us special and human."

Rosa understands that not everyone looks forward to their salon appointment in equal measure and has adopted a number of exclusive services at no extra charge to accommodate. There's an acute sense of community here with it's chilled vibes and people-first ethos. Rock n Rolla welcomes all genders, races, ages, disabilities, religions and sexual orientations. Clients can opt for silent appointments allowing them to just wish to switch off for a short window in their day. Autism Tuesdays invite children and young people into a private, peaceful room for a one-to-one appointment, taking all the strain and anxiety out of bringing your child to an appointment. The salon also operates a scaleable 'free roaming' stylist option; meaning you can switch stylists if budgets or timings aren't quite perfect for you. Rosa and team are completely flexible and passionate about delivering a bespoke service that suits your needs. The salon is also wheelchair and breastfeeding friendly too- no one gets turned away here.
