Janice first launched her label Monice London in 1998. Creating show-stopping, modern designs with her long-term friend and co-designer Ramona, the brand swiftly gained momentum; numerous high street and celebrity collaborations and stocking in High Street stores and boutiques across the UK and overseas.

In 2003, Janice and Ramona decided to press the brakes on Monice London to raise their children and focus on enjoying family life. But once a designer, always a designer and fast forward several years, Monice London is back in business. And we are here for it. This time, it's just Janice at the wheel, hoping to steer the brand to even greater success.

A creative powerhouse, Janice defies sweeping trends to showcase cut and quality. Her solo inaugural collection is dazzlingly glamorous; a feast of fun and femininity. Janice’s goal has always been to empower women by making them look and feel their best and this stand- out edit is testament to this.

Her trademark clever ruching (the gathering of overlayed fabric) creates a beautiful rippling effect across the bodice which means Janice’s designs are often coined the ‘no Spanx dress.’
