In 2015, Gemma was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. Although she had always maintained a healthy approach to life, Gemma started to research the amount of preservatives, silicones and other things that work their way onto our skin each day.

Two years later, Gemma launched her artisan brand Puremess, a range of natural and beautiful products that promote well-balanced, healthy, glowing skin and hair.
